The details you submit through retail, wholesale, custom-design or general contact forms, including company information, messages and uploaded project material if that feature is enabled.
Technical and usage data
IP address, browser and device details, timestamps, security logs, page interactions and cookie identifiers where those technologies are active.
Newsletter data
Email address, subscription status, consent record and newsletter interactions when you choose to join the mailing list.

Data follows the work that must be done.

Not forever—only as long as needed.
Retention depends on why the data was collected and any Swiss record-keeping requirement. The operational schedule below must be confirmed during implementation.
Orders & invoices
Kept for the applicable Swiss accounting, tax and legal retention period.

Kept while the conversation or project is active, then only for a justified follow-up or legal need.

Logs & cookies
Kept according to the final hosting and cookie schedule, then deleted or anonymised.
