Terms & conditions
Clear terms. Happy feet.
These terms explain how retail orders with Swizzys work—from choosing a size to delivery, returns and support. Wholesale and custom projects follow their own written offers.

Retail orders, clearly defined.
These Terms & Conditions apply when a private customer orders products from the Swizzys online shop for delivery in Switzerland. By placing an order, the customer agrees to the version shown at checkout.
Wholesale orders and “Design with us” projects are business arrangements. Their individual quotation, minimum quantity, price, timetable and written agreement take priority over these retail terms.

Orders & contract
Four steps from basket to accepted order.
The checkout should make every step visible and allow errors to be corrected before the final order button.
- 01
Choose
Select the design, size and quantity. Product colours may vary slightly depending on the screen, and flexible sizing does not replace the customer’s size choice.
- 02
Review
Check the basket, delivery details, total price and these terms. Information can be corrected before the order is submitted.
- 03
Submit
Clicking the final purchase button submits a binding offer to buy the selected products. An automated email confirms that Swizzys received it.
- 04
Accept
The contract is concluded when Swizzys confirms acceptance or dispatch. If stock, payment or an obvious pricing error prevents acceptance, Swizzys will contact the customer and refund any payment received.
Products & availability
Available means available—until it sells.
Swizzys carries a deliberately small collection and limited stock. Products remain subject to availability until an order is accepted.
Product details
Swizzys aims to describe designs, materials, colours, sizes and packaging accurately. Minor screen or production differences do not automatically mean a product is defective.
Obvious errors
An obvious description or pricing mistake may be corrected before acceptance. The customer will be informed and can place a new order at the corrected price.
02 · Prices & payment
What you see before ordering is what you approve.
The product page and checkout show the price that applies to the order. The launch setup must name every accepted payment method.
All prices are shown in Swiss francs.
Current price per pair; the displayed shop price controls if it changes.
Free Swiss delivery from three pairs. Any cost for one or two pairs is shown before purchase.
Applicable public charges and VAT, if Swizzys is VAT liable, must be included in the displayed total.
Payment is due through the chosen checkout method. An order may be rejected or cancelled if payment fails, is reversed or cannot be verified. Swizzys does not receive full card details when payment is handled by an external payment provider.
Launch field: list payment providers03 · Delivery
Swiss orders, packed with care.
Retail delivery is currently available to addresses in Switzerland. The customer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
- TimingThe estimated delivery period shown during checkout or in the order confirmation is indicative unless a fixed date is expressly agreed.
- DelaysIf an order is delayed or cannot be delivered, Swizzys will inform the customer and agree a practical next step.
- PackagingIndividual retail pairs are shipped in transparent stand-up bags. Delivery may use separate external carriers.
Voluntary return policy
30 days to request a return.
Swiss law does not provide a general cancellation right for ordinary internet purchases. Swizzys voluntarily offers the return process below as an additional customer benefit.
- 01
Contact hello@swizzys.ch within 30 days of receiving the order, before sending anything back.
- 02
Products must be unused, unworn and in their original packaging. Hygiene, damage or incomplete packaging may prevent a voluntary return.
- 03
Swizzys confirms the return address and who pays return postage according to the reason for return.
- 04
After inspection and approval, the refund is made to the original payment method. Exchanges depend on available stock.
04 · Rights & responsibility
If something is wrong, tell us promptly.
Inspect the delivery when it arrives. For a wrong, damaged or defective product, contact Swizzys as soon as reasonably possible with the order number, a description and useful photos.
Legal warranty rights remain
Mandatory rights under Swiss law are not excluded. Depending on the case and applicable law, the remedy may include repair, replacement, price reduction or cancellation and refund.
Within the law
Swizzys is responsible within mandatory law. Nothing excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for intentional or grossly negligent conduct or personal injury.
Specialists do their part
Payment, hosting and delivery may be performed by external providers under their own operational conditions. Swizzys remains the retail seller and first contact for the order.
Protected creative work
Swizzys names, marks, product designs, photography and website content are owned by or licensed to Swizzys. Commercial reuse requires prior written permission.
Wholesale
Private prices. Written offer.
Retailers contact Swizzys for current availability, the minimum order, a mixed-carton offer and delivery terms. A wholesale contract is formed according to that accepted written offer.

A brief becomes its own project.
Custom design, sampling, intellectual-property permissions, minimum quantity, production in Portugal, timings and payment milestones are agreed project by project.

Start with a conversation.
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Mandatory consumer-protection and venue rights remain unaffected. If a disagreement arises, contact Swizzys first so the issue can be understood and resolved directly.
